Manual for studying the practice of AcroYoga, learn the different names and variety of postures and combinations.
The photographic work and edition was made entirely by myself, both outdoors and indoors. The studio session was made considering all the details and components of the postures and their flowing transitions, for a better visual explanation of the practice. The photos outside in the nature show the aesthetical point of view of the authors towards this movement.
This 2nd Manual was made for the formation of AcroYoga teachers. This approach wanted to be located in an urban environment, to show the versality of the practice.
